All garments are carefully packed and shipped from Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Items will be sent within 2-5 working days for domestic orders unless otherwise stated. Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional production time.

International orders will take 5-15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether a refund or exchange has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
